Two Kentucky men Christoper Horn (37) and Charles Fibson (50) have been charged with one felony and one misdemeanor count each connected with allegedly cheating on a video poker machine at the Avalon Hotel and Conference Center in Wisconsin on January 11th.

But, the two men will unlikely have to answer to the charges as long as they leave Wisconsin and basically stay out. On January 11th the manager of the Avalon was advised that the two men (Forn and Fibson) had requested their winnings from a video poker machine.

The reason this was suspect is that the winnings they requested were more then what was actually put into the machine and the manager had also heard from a manager of another establishment in the state had heard that two Kentucky were going around scamming video poker machines.

Naturally they called the police and Detective Sgt, David Johnson, Chippea falls Police Dept's white collar crime specialist and Chief of Police Wayne Nehring responded in plain clothes. Johnson played the part of the bars manager while Nehring acted as another customer.

The charges were filed with warrants for the arrest of the men, but the warrants are non-extraditable. That means Chippewa County is not interested in having the men transported back here if they are caught in some other state. The two men were caught with all the ingredients to make a "pull bill" to cheat the machine.

The warrants that were issued for the two men are non extraditable, so basically this means that Chippewa County doesn't what the two men transported back if they are caught in another state, so stay out of Wisconsin and the cases won't be perused.
