This week Ladbrokes has announced that they will be releasing their 3dimentional video poker software. The software is to be integrated with their existing poker software and with it the Ladbrokes player’s new options with this 3dimentional video poker.

Some of these new features are the option of creating a 3d avatar that can have physical characteristics of the player, this 3d player will have human movements as in other state of the art video games.

New features at the Ladbrokes site will be that online poker players can use the poker client as they are used to or they have the option of going into 3d mode. Another feature of this software is that allows the poker players to use voice chat or the usual text chat.

John O’Rielly of Ladbrokes eGaming has stated the new software is a large in merging video gaming and online gaming and Ladbrokes is excited to be the first to bring this virtual poker software to online gaming.

This software was developed in a joint venture between Ladbrokes and Playwize plc. who is a top developer of video games for game boxes such as the XBOX, PS2 and the GameCube by Nintendo.
