The Eureka Casino in Mesquite, Nevada is hosting a monthly video poker tournament and they are offering good size cash prizes. Players who find their self in the area can be playing in the tournament after opening a Gold Club account at the casino.

Players qualify for the Fall Classic Video Poker Tournament by earning 1,000 points on their Gold Club card on Tuesdays and Thursdays this month. Any slot machine in the casino can be used to earn points. Once players earn the points they then must go to the Gold Club and sign in for a free entry into the tournament.

Play times will then be assigned and contestants will play in the video poker tournament in ten minutes rounds. Twelve players will be able to play per round. Players are allowed only one entry into the tournament and all rounds are to be played on the same type of machine.

The tournament will begin on September 24th at 11am and winners will be announced on September 26th at 3pm during the special awards banquet. First place will earn $4,000 while second and third win $2,000 and $1,000 respectively. Smaller cash prizes will be awarded up to 20th place.
