Leon Curtain age 56 lives in Myrtle Beach and he was recently charged with several gambling offenses recently. Police came to Curtain’s apartment and three video poker machines were found at his address. North Carolina Court upholds Video Poker Ban
On Tuesday the North Carolina Court of Appeals voted to uphold a state law banning video poker machines. The Court voted unanimously that the machines can be operated only by the Cherokee Indians at the Smoky Mountains casino. (23/12)

Last week the Orland Park area of Illinois announced they would be barring video gambling machines from their village bars and restaurants.
